Litchfield Country Club Property Owners Association, Inc. (LCCPOA), provides an organizational framework for owners of residential property within the Litchfield Country Club footprint. Membership in the association is available to all LCC property owners upon payment of an annual per residence membership fee. Membership is entirely voluntary.
All roadways within LCC are "public", owned and maintained by either SC DOT or Georgetown County. There is NO "master deed or horizontal property regime". There is no common property, no assessments.
AVAILABLE ONLY TO MEMBERS, LCCPOA offers these services at deep discounts:
Participation is by annual calendar year. Payment is annual in advance, non cancellable, non refundable.
Upon sale of an LCC residence, any remaining interest in a current paid annual participation in any of the 3 programs may be assigned by seller to buyer pursuant to an agreement between them.
Upon sale of an LCC residence, any remaining interest in a current paid annual LCCPOA Membership passes from seller to buyer upon notification to the LCCPOA office by buyer that the sale has closed.
