Participation is by annual calendar year. Payment is annual in advance, non cancellable, non refundable.
Upon sale of an LCC residence, any remaining interest in a current paid annual participation in any of the 3 programs may be assigned by seller to buyer pursuant to an agreement between them.
Upon sale of an LCC residence, any remaining interest in a current paid annual LCCPOA Membership passes from seller to buyer upon notification to the LCCPOA office by buyer that the sale has closed.
