The Litchfield Country Club Property Owners Association, Inc., (LCCPOA) is a South Carolina corporation, organized more than 50 years ago to provide an organizational framework for the owners/residents of the Litchfield Country Club community. The “LCCPOA” is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the General Membership. Membership is voluntary, open to any property owner/resident of the Litchfield Community.

Currently, there are more than 500 residences within the footprint of The Litchfield Country Club Community. More than 400 are members of the LCCPOA. Your LCCPOA is one of the largest POAs in Georgetown County.

Of particular interest is the Litchfield Country Club Golf Course, which intertwines within the beautiful Litchfield Community, and the Club House.
