Renew LCCPOA Membership, Spectrum and Trash Pickup
LCCPOA 2026 Membership is available at 2 levels, Standard Membership is $65 per year, and Honors Membership at $100 (or more) per year. Membership is calendar year.
Deeply discounted Spectrum CableTV/ High Speed Internet, deeply discounted BFS Trash Pickup, and deeply discounted BFS Recycling Services are available to LCCPOA Members at HUGE bulk rate savings.
Participation is by calendar year, as described below:
1. HIGH picture quality Spectrum Cable TV and High Speed Internet at a deeply discounted LCCPOA bulk rate.
- 2 HD TV set top boxes included (if needed).
- EXPANDED Cable TV channel lineup. Click here to see current channel lineup.
- High Speed Internet featuring SPECTRUM RELIABILITY. Modem included.
- Does NOT include home telephone or home security. (May be added for additional fee.)
- Other Spectrum services or Premium Channels may be added for additonal fee.
2. Curbside once-weekly trash pickup provided by BFS at a deeply discounted LCCPOA Bulk Rate.
3. Curbside bi-weekly recycling pickup provided by BFS at a deeply discounted LCCPOA Bulk Rate.
All services are annual calendar year basis, payable in advance, noncancellable, nonrefundable. A member selling a residence mid-year may transfer paid services to a buyer for the remainder of a year. Paid annual LCCPOA memberships automatically transfer to a buyer when a member sells a residence mid-year.
