Join The POA
We hope you enjoy living in Litchfield Country Club as much as we do! Every LCC resident is welcome and is invited to join the LCCPOA. Membership in our Litchfield Country Club Property Owners Association (LCCPOA) is VOLUNTARY. We are not a “gated community”, no “private streets”. All our streets are “public” roadways. There is no “common property, no assessments”.
There are MANY benefits with POA membership. POA Members can buy Spectrum Cable TV and Internet Service at very deep discounts. Weekly trash pickup is also available through the POA at a huge discount. Deeply discounted recycling service is available to POA members. POA members can participate in any, or all, of the program services. The deep discounts are made possible by the POA contracting “in bulk” for each service. Each program is an ANNUAL participation, administered by calendar year. Enrollment period is in the fall of each year for the following year.
Your LCCPOA also provides:
- Neighborhood street lights
- A neighborhood security patrol recognized as exemplary by the Georgetown County Sheriff
- A lost & found alert network for resident’s pets
- A Welcome Committee to affirmatively welcome in new neighbors
- Community activities
- A quarterly neighborhood newsletter
- LCC residents stay “in the loop” with POA membership.

OR Pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover) (2.5% service fee)
Annual Membership Dues:
- $65 Basic Membership
- $100+ Honors Membership (Honors members are recognized in the newsletter.)
