The Litchfield Country Club Property Owners Association, Inc., (LCCPOA) is a South Carolina corporation, organized more than 50 years ago to provide an organizational framework for the owners/residents of the Litchfield Country Club community. The “LCCPOA” is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the General Membership. Membership is voluntary, open to any property owner/resident of the Litchfield Community.
Currently, there are more than 450 residences within the footprint of The Litchfield Country Club Community. More than 375 are members of the LCCPOA. Your LCCPOA is one of the largest POAs in Georgetown County.
Of particular interest is the Litchfield Country Club Golf Course, which intertwines within the beautiful Litchfield Community, and the Club House. The golf course and club house, including the club house dining facilities, are owned and operated by Founders Group International. Click here for more information.

Neighborhood Yard Sale
Saturday, May 22, 2021
7 AM until Noon
- If you plan to sell, be sure you have a sign near your driveway entrance on the morning of the yard sale.
- Even if you don’t have items to sell, please take time on May 22nd to drive around and meet your neighbors—You may find an unexpected treasure at a bargain price!
- This annual event is the only POA-sponsored yard sale in our community, and it only happens once a year. Local advertising is courtesy of your LCC POA.
