Exclusive Mosquito Protection Plan
for LCC POA Members Only

A prevention-focused mosquito reduction plan designed to provide continuous population reduction around your property. As more LCC homes participate, the network of protection expands, creating a broader community-wide mosquito reduction effort.

Preferred LCC Subscriber Rate

$349 per lot, per year

One simple annual rate regardless of lot size, forestation, or proximity to water.

Additional participating lots receive the same preferred LCC rate.

How It Works

Discreet mosquito control stations are professionally placed around participating properties to create targeted mosquito breeding sites where larvicide interrupts mosquito development.

The stations remain in place throughout the year and provide a prevention-focused approach to mosquito population reduction with minimal broad pesticide applications around the property.

Better Together: A Community-Wide Approach

Mosquitoes move freely between properties, wooded areas, drainage areas, wetlands, golf course property, and surrounding habitat.

That’s why LCC’s program is about more than one yard.

Every participating property expands the footprint of mosquito population reduction throughout LCC. As participation grows, so does the community-wide network of station protection.

The program also complements Georgetown County’s broader mosquito-control efforts by adding property-level, prevention-focused mosquito management throughout participating areas of the neighborhood.

What to Expect

Our goal is mosquito population reduction and improved outdoor comfort, not complete mosquito elimination.

Mosquitoes can continually enter your property from surrounding areas. The station program provides an ongoing, prevention-focused layer of mosquito management designed specifically for participating LCC properties.

Large golf course ponds, wetlands, community drainage areas, and other common areas are not directly treated as part of the residential station program.
